User Testing

Validation of your site isn't always just someone's learned expertise.  Sometimes, you need to have real people try the site.

• We do User Testing. 
  
  How?
  • We bring people into the usability lab,
  • We give them your tasks, and
  • We observe how they work with your site. 

  We can even videotape the process. 
  No, you can't help them.

• The right number of people is three to five.
• The cost for the testing and the report is $3,000, plus $750 per user tested.  Videotape is $500 for the day.
